Based on your needs and expectations, Mac Assist can advise you on the purchase of a digital camera and matching printer. We do not sell this equipment ourselves, but as photo enthusiasts we can give you an unbiased but soundly based recommendation.
 

Software installation and setup
Most cameras come with software to transfer photos and manipulate them on your Mac. Mac Assist can install the software for you and help you to decide whether this or an alternative such as Apple's iPhoto is the best tool for working with your digital pictures.
 

Tuition
Whichever image editing program you use to manipulate your photos, we can show you how to use it to best effect. We favour using iPhoto and can teach you how to make use of its essential cataloguing function, as well as its abilities in setting up Web pages and producing various kinds of output including slideshows, DVDs, Photocasts, cards and many others.
